Well Lovelies,
As I'm half way there (just completed Level 2 day 5 ) I thought I'd check in with you all to see how your doing.
I have to admit I haven't been as strict this time round, I've had a few rest days with being busy at work and the little one being unwell but I got right back into it and am sticking with it.
I have also started the C25K programme to try and jump start the last leg of my weight loss I'm almost there in single figures now only 9lbs to go :happy:
Hope everyone is doing good and enjoying the challenge.

I'm starting level 2 on monday... I've been sick last week, so I've been slacking off a bit.
I should be done before 2013, so that's what I'm aiming for.
I love C25k btw! It's an amazing program. In Belgium it's called start to run, and I think it's a little bit different from C25k. I've done that in the past and always had amazing results. I could run 5k in 10 weeks and 10k in 10 more weeks
I have to admit that I can't anymore though I stopped running...
I'll focus on the 30DS for now

I had to stop after day 6 of level one because of a pulled groin muscle--did that while doing some heavy work outside. It's finally starting to feel better, so I'm going to give it another couple of days, then pick back up again. Even though it's been over a week, I'm not starting from day one again, I'll probably do 3 or 4 days and move on to level 2.0

I'm still going strong. Got myself into a great routine. Kids to bed, then straight away do it before I sit down and talk myself out of it. I have lost inches and a few pounds and can see muscle definition in my arms. I would like to lose a little more of my body fat though so think I need to add a bit of extra cardio a couple of times a week. Any suggestions?0

level 2 day 7 done 11/30/12 had to take a few days off so i am going to do day 8 to 10 next week.0

Just finished Level 2 Day 5 (slipped up a bit over Thanksgiving so I fell behind...). Today was the first day that I could do the squat thrusts for the entire 30 seconds! I might take another few days off though, because I'm starting to get a little bored with the routine. Great job everyone!0
