I cannot believe December is almost here! :noway: We had an outstanding group of walkers in November, soooo many miles walked between us all! :tongue: As Christchick said, Leslie would be proud! :bigsmile: Our group gets better every month and I have made the coolest friends doing this challenge. You keep me going every day and I know I am walking right there with you, no matter what walk we choose. Can't wait to do it again in December. :flowerforyou:


If you would like to join us - each month we set our goals for miles walked, with Leslie, outside, inside, whatever you choose. Any and all walkers are welcome to join us at any time - it's never too late to jump in!

Post your miles daily, weekly, whatever works for you. We will be here to support you every step of the way. Looking forward to walking with you all again this month!! :love:

    Hi! I am new to the group, but I started walking with Leslie Sansone a couple of weeks ago. Love it! I am very overweight so getting going slowly, but I will get there. I would like to join your December challenge.

    I just started this week and I love this group. I only have one DVD the 5 Fat Burning Walk and I can't wait to get more. I'm learning so much from reading what everyone posts on here. Keep up the good work!

    I workout 5 days a week and use my Leslie DVD's 2 times a week and do two miles each time. My usual number is 16 but I am going to push to 20 by going 3 miles some days.

    Have a health issue at the moment, but I'm going to shoot for 2 a day and more if possible.

    The Nov. Challege was kind of a love/hate thing for me. I loved what working out did for me, but some days it was all I could do to tie those old tennis shoes and just do it. Didn't reach my goal, but I had fun trying.

    I also have met some great people here and hope to continue to do that too.

    Hasn't it been fun to see each other "going for the gold"! You are all enablers-in a wonderful way!:bigsmile:

    New to this Group. Need to lose a LOT of weight so thought hopefully this will help me get in the swing and exercise and lose weight. I also hope to make some new friends.

    I will go for 52 miles.

    Ready for a new month! I am going to try for 75 this month. I did 66 in November without much difficulty, but I know I'm going to have to push myself to get those extra 15!
