50 oblique crunches (25L/25R)
followed by cobra pose to stretch the back out.

I did 80+ in Zumba today.0

I've decided I'm going to put a new idea out for this challenge - you can do it how originally proposed - adding 5 each day OR do different crunches each day.
Today I did 5 sets of 10 of frog situps = 50 total
Will try to add another set to the ones tomorrow just to challenge myself0 -
