I just started the programme and am finding it pretty tough. I am on day 2. Any tips or anyone want to support eachother?

Hi!
I just started yesterday, and I agree it is tough. I am doing it with a friend so that helps keep me motivated (I am less likely to walk during a run cycle). I've only done one day and it's not as bad as I thought. I did try it on the treadmill and that did NOT work (I almost passed out).

I just finished Week 2. My suggestion is that if it seems hard, keep at it but slow down the pace. Speed isn't important. You'll catch up on that later as you get stronger.
I'm glad to have you both here with us all. Don't give up and keep posting here. There's lots of support and encouragement here.0
