Totally up to you if you want to check in with this. I find I do better when i know someone is keeping me accountable or watching. Lol. Aim for at least 30 min of activity a day, 5-6 days/wk. I'm personally shooting for 5 hrs/wk. let's do this!
Just remember, diet is 80% of your weight loss and exercise is 20%. I've learned how true that is this year!

Monday & Wednesday, I attend a class called Maximum Cardio Circuit. The remainder of the days I will rotate between walking/jogging on the treadmill and fitness DVD's. Plus, I walk my dogs 3-4 times a day for about 15 minutes each outting.

Tough mudder training programme for me at the gym 3 times a week, mixture of the treadmill, weight training and core exercises :-) Also have a metafit class most Wednesday evenings (I miss every 3rd wed due to shift work). Metafit is a fab class to get into if you can, only half an hour long but pretty intense.
I'm hoping you guys can keep me motivated, the freezing weather and snow makes in tempting to snuggle up on the couch with the heating on full instead!0 -

Since I joined late, I've had my share of exercises.
December 2, I did Hip Hob Abs Fat Burning Sculpt and did a 2 mile run. I usually run more but since Istarted the HHA program I didn't want to over do it.
December 3, I did Hip Hop Abs Fat burning in the morning. I was going to do Jazzercise but my sister is in town this week.
December 4, I did Ab Sculpt this morning.
December 5, 2012. I plan to do Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning in the morning as well. I may go to Jazzercise at night but I have to get my hair cut.0 -

Got my *kitten* off of the couch today and started out stretching, then that led to dancing around the house, and slowly I found myself on the ground doing ABs & Leg workouts and soon enough OUTSIDE jogging! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Great job everyone! Don't let missed days get you down, just pick up the next day and press on! I've had my share of missed days, sometimes a missed week.., ???? but just keep pushing!

First day at the gym this week :-0 for my tough mudder training programme, 30min on the treadmill, 15 mins weight training, 15mins core exercises, 180 sit ups, went home for a wee rest then my 30 min metafit class, I can no longer feel my legs haha, at least that means I can't feel the ache!
Now time for bed for my 2am rise and 4am start to work, will either do my tough mudder programme or an hour swim tomorrow after depending on the quads!
Weigh in for me tomorrow, fingers crossed!

Dec. 5th: 47min trail run, 4.7miles (GPS tracking verified). Heart rate monitor was over 700 cal burn.

December 6th - 30 DS LEvel 1 Day 4, BeFit 30 day butt lift day 3. I told DH that for Christmas he is getting a wife with an awesome butt. I am also on Day 4 of being sugar free.

I feel a little bad that I didn't get 30 DS done today. However we put together a swing set for the kids today. 6 hours of bending & lifting and chasing the kids around the yard to keep them entertained. Then after supper Inplayed Disney advance with DD for about 30 minutes.0
