Final Weigh Ins
Happy New Year Everyone! I don't know if anyone is still subscribed to this group but I thought it would be nice to put up our final results. 3 days till the final weigh in! Time for the last push! Congrats to the people who have reached their targets! I'm not on track to get the 10lbs but am still happy with my loss so far this month and for the first time in 5 years, I'll be entering the new year not being over weight for my height! Woop woop!

Late Start - needing some suggestions
I'm joining this board kind of late but I thought I would give it a try. Haven't lost anything in about a month now. Increased exercise to twice a day five days a week. Each of us has our own weigh in day. Pick one and just make sure to check in for the week! Mine is Saturday, but this week I'll be checking in on Thursday as I won't have access to a scale Saturday.
