Late Start - needing some suggestions

I'm joining this board kind of late but I thought I would give it a try. Haven't lost anything in about a month now. Increased exercise to twice a day five days a week. I know it sounds terrible but I just want to see the scale MOVE and it doesn't seem to matter what I do it just doesn't seem to budge. Does anyone have any recommendations?
