Dec 9-15 work out check ins

Just getting this established. My Internet access will possibly be spotty, if available at all, next week. I'll be still on track, just possibly unable to check in. :(

    Had a great week for so far!

    dec 9: 20 minutes jogging with my mom (I didn't plan to work out sunday, so that ended up well, haha)
    dec 10: 70 min cardio training the gym and 5 min strength training
    dec 11: 60 min cardio dance in the gym
  • Sun 9th, 10 mile walk
    Mon 10th: gym programme: tredmill 6mph, cross trainer resistance 10, weight training & core exercises
    Tue 11th: as above :-)

    December 9 was a rest day for me, normally I jog on Sunday's but I drove two hours to a friends house
    December 10 was hip hop abs fat burning cardio (30 minutes) which I started week two and then after work was jazzercise
    December 11 was a double workout for hip hop abs (60 minutes)

    I'll check back in Saturday I plan to continue to do a double of hip hop abs Wednesday thursday and friday. Squeeze in two runs and Saturday do jazzercise. Will see if I do it. Lol I will. Promise

    Wed 12th: new gym programme, 30mins tred mill 6mph, 20mins circuit training, 20mins weight training, 15mins core exercises

    That'll be me till a wee swim on Sunday 16th, 3 days of rest! Unless I can count dancing at my works christmas do on say night ;-)

    Dec 9: 60 min weights, 60 min step

    Nothing all week, letting my sore knee get rest. Back to gym on Saturday and Sunday.

    Dec 14: 30 minutes bicycle cardio and 30 min on the crosstrainer, had a good work out today. I love it when things go well. :)

    Wow Its been a while since I've checked in.

    December 12-14 I've done Hip Abs Fat Burning Sculpt and Absculpt. This is hard for me since it is an hour in the morning and I am on a time crunch, but I did it.

    December 15 I also did an hour of Jazzercise. I had a holiday party on the 14 and I woke up really tired.

    This week I'm on my third week of Hip Hop Abs. it seems like a really easy workout but in all honesty you feel it.
