Well I had a huge loss (6.6lbs last week) so didn't expect much this week. Between that plus TOM I actually gained a pound, actually consider myself luck for not gaining more. Off to Disney for vacation on Tuesday to return Sat or Sun and hoping to lose this week. My eating will be off but I always walk tons when I'm at Disney.
Great job everyone! Thanks for the motivation!

Well I lost a lot this week (for me), but the reason is I was a bit bloated (huge salty meals) last week.

When I started myfitness pal I weighed 185.50 which was on 11/24/2012. I weighed myself again today officiall for the week of Nov 26th on Nov 28 weighing in on 181. So you get the idea.
I started MFP with 185.50 lbs so im almost there
