    You did good just gaining 3 lbs on vaca !!! You will do this ... I stayed the same this week ... Disappointed , but NOT DETERRED !!! Love you GF !!!

    Well since I fell on the 24th of November and hurt myself I have gained 2 lbs this week. I have to really get back on track cause I have my daughter's wedding in 5 months!!! I know I can do this.

    I started at 175, and went up to 178. This morning I weighed 174. I'll get there.
