Fit test results

Here are my fit test results for today (my first workout "day 1"). Going from doing NOTHING at all, I have THE WORST jello legs ever!!

1. Switch Kicks=31
2. Power Jacks=28
3. Power Knees=70
4. Power Jumps=16
5. Globe Jumps=6 (these kill me with dizziness)
6. Suicide jumps=7
7.Push-up Jacks=11
8. Low Plank Oblique=28

    Here are mine from today:

    1. Switch Kicks=68
    2. Power Jacks=51
    3. Power Knees=69
    4. Power Jumps=32
    5. Globe Jumps=10
    6. Suicide jumps=14 (I hate burpees/Suicide Jumps but they work the whole body)
    7.Push-up Jacks=14
    8. Low Plank Oblique=31 (was each leg one or each rep one??)

    My previous program was Turbo Fire and FitnessBlender.com, both full of HIITs so I half-*kitten* knew what I was getting into.

    I counted the Low planks as one per leg. It seemed like he didn't specify, so that's how I did it, made me feel good about my number that way :)
  • I did the fit test yesterday for the first time and here are my results:

    Switch Kicks:37 (I thought I did a good amount until I realized that 2kicks=1)
    Power Jacks:55
    Power Knees:75
    Power Jumps:30
    Globe Jumps:7 (I am determined to get at least 11next time :-) )
    Suicide Jumps: 11
    Push Up Jacks: 16
    Low Plank Obliques: 50

    And mine from this morning. This was harder than I thought, but I modified the power jumps (didn't jump as high) and the suicide jumps (lower back issues - walked back instead of jumping back). Overall, not bad, but a lot to improve upon.

    1. Switch Kicks=58
    2. Power Jacks=36
    3. Power Knees=80
    4. Power Jumps=26
    5. Globe Jumps=8
    6. Suicide jumps=9
    7.Push-up Jacks=16
    8. Low Plank Oblique=24 (I counted a rep as one, so 48 all together)

    My fit test from yesterday. Results are comparable to when I did this back in April so very happy with that.

    1. Switch Kicks=42 (84 counting each kick!)
    2. Power Jacks=49
    3. Power Knees= 90
    4. Power Jumps= 30
    5. Globe Jumps= 7
    6. Suicide jumps=12
    7.Push-up Jacks= 7
    8. Low Plank Oblique: 54 (both legs)

  • Forget to post but here we go, push ups really killed me since my wrists are a bit sensitive the past week -___-

    Switch Kicks: 33 ( 2 kicks=1)

    Pushup Jacks 6
    Low plank Oblique: 43 (each leg)

    Just take your time. And as Shaun T has been saying, go slow if you have to so that you do not compromise form. I am a fitness instructor, and understand that concept.... But great job Simply!

    Hello all! I am new to this group :]. Can't wait to see our next fit test results everyone.

    Switch Kicks: 65 ( 2 = 1 ratio)
    Power Jacks: 53
    Power Knees: 70
    Power Jumps: 34
    Globe Jumps: 10
    Suicide Jumps: 12
    Push-up Jacks: 13
    Low plank Oblique: 40 (1 = 1 ratio)

    I am a big jumper hehe, maybe that's why my switch kick number was higher than what I would expect :P

    *I did push ups from my knees the first time, 2nd time I actually did the move correctly
