Month 2
Wow, this is some crazy *kitten*! It takes me about an extra 10-15 minutes to do the routines due to fatigue & kiddos but I do finish.
What did you think of the first month?
Honestly, I'm trying to see who's still here! Today is the last day of month 1 and I'm very excited to get this far. I'm also very nervous to see what the 2nd month holds!
Recovery week
Sooo boring. I didn't finish the workout today, I was bored. 2 more days, yeah, not happening. I'm thinking Yoga and maybe 2 off days.

Fast & Furious 20 Minute Workout
Has anyone done the F&F workout yet? We are traveling for Christmas party on Sat. and ideally I want to workout before we go I just don't know if I can hop out of bed for Plyo or if I should do the F&F workout instead.

Nutrition
The guide states 5 meals but that would leave my last meal at 5p and I can't go from 5 to bedtime (10:30 ish) without food. Anyone else deviating a bit? I figure as long as I come as close to 2100 cals I'm golden.
Fit test results
Here are my fit test results for today (my first workout "day 1"). Going from doing NOTHING at all, I have THE WORST jello legs ever!! 1. Switch Kicks=31 2. Power Jacks=28 3. Power Knees=70 4. Barefoot
I started having some pain in my left shin on Saturday I have new shoes but it hurt pretty good, even with ice and NSAIDs. For week #2 I laid some more padding down on the carpet (it's just carpet on tile, no padding before what I added) and tried it barefoot.
