Has anyone done the F&F workout yet? We are traveling for Christmas party on Sat. and ideally I want to workout before we go I just don't know if I can hop out of bed for Plyo or if I should do the F&F workout instead.

    sorry i didn't catch this.

    i've doen the FF workout. nice little workout. Actually injured my back really good during the fall squats in the warm up before.

    i'd tell you to do the plyo workout if you could manage.

    did you do it?

    I ended up doing Cardio Recovery instead.
