Right now I'm trying to lower my body fat % as well as build muscle, so I'm not sure what to expect from the scale. I just started Russian kettlebells a couple of weeks ago, so am excited to see how that helps me. Any other group-type thing that I should be doing here other than checking the boards?0 -

Although, I weighed myself today just to see how the sodium intake over the weekend affected things and in a period of 24 hours, I gained 6lbs! Scale said 138 today! (Monday)0 -

I hear you I was 154 and went to Copelands this weekend with a bunch of friends and OMG the scale said 158 the next day.......that restaurant is Cajun style so guess lots of sodium and who knows what else..... Guess I have to work extra hard this week.
That's ok we will be successful......the most Important part we already have down.....facing it and being accountable....good luck this week to you all.0 -
Lost 1.7lbs this week and 6.75in. I also lost .5% body fat. Pretty excited
My original goal was 145, but after assessing my weight, I am pretty sure I would be happy at 155. I am currently 162.8.0 -

I just started my 3 day cleanse and weighed in last night on my day 1 of the cleanse!! Annddddd I'm down 3.1lbs!!! Now I'm sitting at 117.7lbs with all the bloating gone! I feel amazing!! I have been bloated feeling since Thanksgiving! I didn't workout yesterday since I didn't know where my energy levels would be at, but got up this morning to get my workout in. I will take my measurements tomorrow!
