Hi all! I'm new to the group but I'm definitely not new to Leslie. I love her videos! I'm always up for a challenge so this is perfect. Between today the 6th and the 31st I'm down to knock out 80 miles! That puts me at about 20 miles a week from here on. Will check in each Saturday with an update0

I'm Trina and I'm addicted to Walking at Home. I love how challenging the program is and how it is generally equipment-less.
This challenge is perfect and I'd love to set a goal of 80 big miles! I'm part of another December challenge and this ties in very well

Ok yesterday I failed to record but did 2 miles Active Adult. Today I did the same. Need to change my goal. I'm having some pretty bad back pain. The longer more rigorous walks are too much I think. Resetting my goal to 45 miles.
