Dec 6: 25 min circuit training. (JM ripped in 30 + a bonus burn)

  • Dec 6th 49mins lifting weights, 23 mins treadmill, 2.1 miles with incline.
  • Dec.6 - 20 minutes cardio/1 mile jog.

    Day 4 of 39 day shred plus 10 mins extra cardio and walking.

    December 6 I did total fat burning Hip Hop Abs
    December 7 I ran 1.80 miles and did last minute abs. Time Crunch today.
  • Dec.6 - 20 minutes Cardio/1 mile jog.
    Dec. 7 - ABs/Light Cardio

    So 4/5 days of this week I have exercised. One day I just walked alot doing errands.(2.0mph)

    Each day was at least 2.5mph of walking and then I went to the Gym yesterday for some cardio and strength training.

    Dec 8: 60 minutes on elliptical (4.8 miles) & 20-30 minutes of dancing @ a wedding

    Deccember 8, I did Ab sculpt from Hip Hop Abs, Ran almost 3 miles at the park and did an hour of Jazzercise and did a lot of walking at the mall (thinking back that was a workout_, lol

    December 9, 2012 I rested because I went to visit a friend and had to get up early for a road trip. I didn't do well that day I ate desert and an extra helping of cold cuts. But I will get back on track.
