            No loss, again. Ugh. But in the past two weeks I've lost another inch off my waist. I'll take that! And a total of 4.5" off of my body. So, it's an NSV. I'll take it.

            Today is officially my weigh in day. Last week I when it hit me to get this baggage off I was at 177.8
 When I joined this group, I was at 176.5,

            Today is my official weigh in day:
 Dec 1: SW 153
 Dec 7: 149.5
 Dec 31 GW: 143
 I feel like I should put a disclaimer on this 3.5 lb loss….lol. I weigh myself in the mornings and the lowest I weighed near the end of November was 151.5. For this challenge when I weighed myself Dec 1 I was 153, hence the loss. So all in all maybe it’s more of a 2 lbs loss overall. I’m thinking too much about this lol.
 It made my day to be in the 140's again, last time I was here was April 2009 (wedding time).0

 Was a good week for me. Good workouts, disciplined nutrition and I was full coming off of a less than perfect Thanksgiving holiday. This was a great push towards "one"derland, but I know the next few weeks will not come so easy.0
