How many times a week would you recommended lifting and also how do i combine hiit with it.

If you're new to lifting then doing a full body workout 3 times per week is usually recommended.
Some people then add in HIIT on the days between, making sure at least one day per week is left clear for rest. However intense HIIT workouts which use the muscles you've worked the day before may hinder the recovery process.0
