Must. do. full, faithful TDEE reset. Must do full, faithful, TDEE reset. I need to just stick it out. One day I decide I want to maintain and do a reset, and then the other I decide I want to lose weight. Gahh!

Anyone else have this problem? I change my current goals way too frequently to see any real improvement. How do I force myself to not change my goals?

I know it's worth it to do the reset. But I hate waiting. I do love eating, though. haha

You need to have one goal in mind and then go for it.
Consistency is the key for whatever you are planning to do.
I am sure everybody would benefit from a reset. It will kick-start your metabolism and will get it going!
