In case anyone hasn't seen it: strstd.com lets you put in the weights you're currently using and calculates your 1RM and gives you a "classification" as "untrained," "novice," "intermediate," advanced," or "elite" in bench press, squat, deadlift, and overhead press.


Also, not going to lie, the other part of the reason I wanted to post this is that I've happily hit intermediate for all of them except advanced for squat! Yay!
