I want to try to eat healthy on Christmas and avoid alcohol on New Year's Eve.0

Holidays are the hardest. Just have to keep thinking that summer is right around the corner!0

I'd like to stay away from the refined sugars (Christmas cookies, chocolate, pie) for the most part, complete the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout program (today is day 3!), increase my running endurance, and improve my upper body strength so I can start rock climbing when I get back to campus in January!0

well my winter break goal was to not gain weight during the christmas season....that didn't happen though -___-
So I'm moving on to a new years with a goal to at least reach 140 lbs (lose 21 lbs) and run in a 5K!0 -
I want to start eating better and work out more regularly. I want to become stronger and healthier.0
