I found a Podcast about Binge Eating

Options
Hi Everyone,

I am having issues with binge eating. It's not as bad as it once was, but it's bad once as it ever was. Hmmm, that sounds like a good song title.

I produce a podcast about my weight loss journey. I'm not much of a typer, but I do like to talk. A Podcast for those who don't know is a Personal On Demand Broadcast. If you have an iPhone or iTunes on your computer you can download free podcasts and listen to them when you want. You can pause, rewind the shows, so you don't miss anything like you do on radio when you leave the car. Most are an hour long, mine are only 30 minutes. I think it's hard to hold someone's attention for more than 30 minutes. There are a ton of podcasts on just about any subject you can think of. There are a bunch of good ones on weight loss.

So this week my topic will be about binge eating.

1. Because I'm having a big issue trying to control my binge eating.
2. Because Tis the Season for trigger foods.

As I was doing my research I stumbled across Alen Standish and his Podcast called "Quit Binge Eating" Alen has four 30 minute episodes where he talks about his struggles and tips and techniques to control binge eating. I think if you have binge eating issues Alen is worth a listen. You can also listen to him right from his website at http://quitbingeeating.com

I know this time of year is one of the toughest times for binge eaters like us. I thought he might be able to help some of the group.

If you want to give me a listen, you can search me on iTunes "Let's Reverse Obesity" or my site is http://letsreverseobesity.com

It took over 30 years for me to realize that I will never obtain my weight loss goals until I control my binge eating. I thought I could do it on my own, I thought I was just lazy and lacked will power. But I was wrong, I need help.

I wish you all a happy and binge free holiday season.

John
