I've been doing EM2WL since May. I've gained about 12 lbs - I'm currently 142 lbs. I have struggled with going back to VLCD but I am keeping the faith and continuing on.
I was going through my closet last night trying to find something to wear today. I pulled out a skirt that I wore back in 2007 when I was 130 lbs. It's a size 8. I put it on and it fit (and it looked pretty good).
I've been doing some form of heavy lifting since May and I'm guessing it's finally paying off!!

That is so exciting!!!! Even more reason to ignore the scale! I step on "the evil monster" once a month or so, just out of curiosity (and to make sure I am not totally off track), but I go entirely on how my clothes fit. So excited for your success!!0

That's fab!
I have started EM2WL around the same time as you did. I totally gained around 23 lbs during reset, and even after.
Well, I am 154 lbs now, but I do wear one dress size smaller, than I did when I was 23 lbs lighter.
The scale does not tell the whole story.
Keep doing what you are doing0 -

Oh the evil scale. I try to drag myself away from it but it keeps calling me.
Your post is totally encouraging me to really stop being so obsessed with those numbers but it's tough not to base it all on that.
Congrats on your success!0
