Hello

I'm new to My Fitness Pal and to this group, although I'm not new to the challenges of weight loss! I'm very good at losing weight, but not so great at keeping it off. I'm 54 years old and need to keep the weight off this time. I have about 200 pounds to lose...maybe more when I reach that goal, but that's a long way ahead. I've lost 32 pounds since Sept. 3, 2012 with a total of 42 lost since my highest weight.
