Although, I weighed myself today just to see how the sodium intake over the weekend affected things and in a period of 24 hours, I gained 6lbs! Scale said 138 today! (Monday)0 -

I hear you I was 154 and went to Copelands this weekend with a bunch of friends and OMG the scale said 158 the next day.......that restaurant is Cajun style so guess lots of sodium and who knows what else..... Guess I have to work extra hard this week.

Lost 1.7lbs this week and 6.75in. I also lost .5% body fat. Pretty excited
My original goal was 145, but after assessing my weight, I am pretty sure I would be happy at 155. I am currently 162.8.0 -

I just started my 3 day cleanse and weighed in last night on my day 1 of the cleanse!! Annddddd I'm down 3.1lbs!!! Now I'm sitting at 117.7lbs with all the bloating gone! I feel amazing!!
I have been bloated feeling since Thanksgiving! I didn't workout yesterday since I didn't know where my energy levels would be at, but got up this morning to get my workout in. I will take my measurements tomorrow!

My WTD is 154.6.....I'm ok with that because last weekend was lots of Christmas parties and only up slightly - less then a lb. HOWEVER...this week I'm going to hit it hard . I think I'm going to take my measurements tomorrow as well...never done that yet...might b helpful. Good luck to everyone this week of last min shopping and eating on the run.....lol0

One lbs away from my goal weight going into the New Year! Loving my new Fitbit I got for my birthday this month, the goals and badges are getting me to be more active on top of my regular daily activity and workouts. The other night I looked at my daily goal and I was 200 steps away, so I walked laps around the houseThen Christmas Eve as tired as I was I was a few flights short of my daily goal, so I went down and up my stairs a few times to reach the goal
Loving it!
