Not a big loss this week even though I've been good, but I had a big one last week, and have a habit of losing every second week, so fingers crossed for a bigger one next week!0 -

Week 3, Dec 9th: 188.6 (gained 2.2 while on vacation, not surprised)

Had a few bad days this week and the water weight - Will work on getting that back off.

I dreaded this weigh in as I knew I'll gain this week. Too much overeating at social functions!
