So I'm here to confess. I have been off the program for over a month and have basically gained everything back.I went on vacation and all hell broke loose and I can not get back on the wagon. I was doing so good at tracking everything. I want to know how everyone overcomes these obsitcals in life that may disrupt the diet. It seems if I go off I really go off. My plan is to get back at it tomorrow. Wish me luck!!!

oh nooooooooo!!???....Good luck! You know what to do to get back on track! It's tough, and for those tha have never tried this diet...boy..they have no idea. I'm only on week two and yesterday I cheated (2 pieces of chocolate) and I'm sure it's going to show on the scale. I'm trying extra hard this week! I was down 3lbs in 6 days..and honestly...I cheated then too...had 5 chips....now granted I've not had a diet soda since...but man is this a tough one to stick with!
You can do it! Just focus!!! Or maybe wait until after the holidays. Wishing you luck lady!0 -
I just came off a 3 day binge and the scale reflected it...up 3lbs. I should have waited till after the holidays to start such a strict diet! My coach chewed me out and threatened to kick me out of the program. I almost wanted to say go ahead but didn't because in 3 wks I have lost 10lbs (should have been 13 plus). So I'm back on track and am determined to make it through the rest of December without cheating.
