This weeks Challenge 12/10/12-12/16/12

Hello fellow group members!! I was thinking that weekly challenges would keep us going! I mean, we do have a whole year of this! Each week we will have a new challenge and anyone who posts the challenge first for that week gets to pick what the challenge is! Tag, I'm it!! The challenges can be workout challenges, logging challenges or any kind of challenge that is going to help us achieve our goals! If the challenge is too hard for you, do what you can! Let us know if you are getting in on the challenge and at the end of the week let us know if you completed the challenge!


50 Bicycle crunches everyday for the entire week! This is not a substition to your workout...LOL!! This is to be done before or after your normal workout routine, everyday for this entire week! If you can't do bicycle crunches do some other form of crunches!! If you want to be a show off and do more than 50, go for it and let us know that you did more...LOL!! We have got to make this a fun year!!
