So I'm down to the last 5kg (never had that much to lose anyway) should I continue to eat at 20% cut or? And also I have myself set as moderately active, I do about half an hour of cardio and 1 hour of pop Pilates 6 days a week (I'd like to think that it's a bit more intense than normal Pilates, you can look it up on YouTube) and I also go to the gym twice a week. I've been stalling for 3, 4 weeks now, was wondering if I should cut down the cardio etc etc. Any advice would be helpful

No.
Yes.
Is that 1.5 hrs a day per 6 days a week of cardio and pop-Pilates? Or 1.5 hrs spread over 6 days.
And the gym for 2 days a week is what activity for how long?
Either way, sounds like you should at least be rounding up from Moderately Active on your way to Very Active, in between somewhere. Unless you would compare the pop-pilates to like walking up to 4mph level of intensity. Then not so bad.
More cardio you do, less deficit you should have, because it's not good at retaining muscle.
Less to lose, less deficit you should have, because too steep will chance tear down of muscle.
I hope your protein intake is up there to about 2 g per kg of LBM, or goal weight if no decent estimate of bodyfat% to know LBM.0 -
1.5 hrs per day and yes I trying to get at least 120g of protein each day
What cut percentage do you reckon I should be eating at now?0 -
