I actually prefer to work out first thing in the Morning, but for the past week or so there have been several days where my work schedule forced me to do my Curves Workout in the afternoon. To my surprize, I have gotten some REALLY good workouts. Makes me ALMOST think I should look at re-arranging my Workouts?0

I wore high heels for the first time to a wedding last weekend. I've never been able to wear them before because the strain on my feet was too much.0

I burned 415 calories today at curves. That was according to my hr monitor. I have not gotten smart card yet. I have done 5 workouts so far.0

415 sounds pretty good to me. When you get Curves Smart it will most likely give you a diffrent Calorie Burn.
The heart monitor may be closer to right according to most people here. I still like the Curves Smart System.0 -

My curve change is I don't look so much like a 'egg with legs' - yipee and have been told that I look taller then I use too. I am 5'80 -
Maybe the stretching at the end made you taller. Do you have the Stretching Circuit?0

Yes, we do. I love the stretch. I know I have much more confidence, maybe I stand straighter.0

Hey, I just joined but I've had heaps changed since I joined Curves-
I went from A Reserves netball to A grade
Actually having muscles where I never knew they existed
Being able to touch my toes- never had the flexibility to.
Gained muscle but lost weight
Love curves0 -

I don't look pregnant anymore!!! I also have lots more energy and my mood is better.0

I've noticed that I can wear shoes with a higher heel and be able to walk in them better. It is easier for me to take the stairs, I have much more energy after a workout and I feel stronger!0

I finally went to curves 3 times last week. It felt great. The changes was more energy. :happy:0

I am on week 2 of curves complete abd I am eating better and sleeping better0

This is only my first week so no major changes yet but I do feel like I have more energy and I'm somehow finding more time to prepare all the food, instead of taking shortcuts like before. Plus it's fun so I find myself looking forward to workouts for the first time ever. I just hope my eagerness lasts and this really is a result of loving Curves so much and not just me doing my usual start-off-gung-ho-and-then-fall-of-the-wagon routine :ohwell: I'm hoping the meal plan and having a place to go will help keep me accountable and in check long-term.
I'm not sleeping well though. I'm so busy and Curves makes me busier...in a good way of course...but I've been go-go-go every day until around 11pm and then I'm too wired to sleep. Before, I was getting to bed by 10 or 10:30 which was perfect.0 -
:drinker: Congratulations on the More Energy!! I went to Curves for almost 4 Years -- I only quit because they closed down! I was still enjoying it, and would still be there if they were open or if there was another one within a reasonable driving distance of me!
Hopefully you will figure out a way to get your rest in. That is just as important as any other part of this Lifestyle.0 -
