Took the weekend off. Weighed myself after one week. I only lost 0.8 pounds. 35 miles of stepping should've given me more than that. ugh.
Maybe you gained some muscle. Also the number is so dependent on what is going on in your body... recent food intake, salt, TOM if applicable, Your general health, and many other variables. You are getting healthy and fit, and that is what counts.
OK, I just peeked at your profile and you seem to be on your last pounds to reach goal according to your ticker. Last pounds usually leave slower for whatever reason from what I have learned from my reading here and my experience also. You will do it!! You will reach goal and be more fit.

I'm actually just at the beginning. It says I've lost 4lbs, but that's just b/c I guessed my weight when I first started this. After weighing in, I found that I really had only 5-10 lbs to lose. I appreciate the support, though! Tomorrow starts a new week. I'm pretty sure I need to eat more to balance things out.0 -

Hey ya'll! I'm new to this group and December is just about halfway over but I want to join in anyway! I have several of Leslie's DVD's and really enjoy them! I've never done more than two miles at once though so seeing ya'll posting about doing three, four, and five miles at a time is really inspiring! I've totally been off track for a long time and want to get back into the swing of things!
Since I'm coming in midway into the challenge I'm going to set my goal as....
21 miles!
There's 19 days left in the month so that's one mile at day plus two more I can fit in somewhere. Maybe I will surprise myself and go over goal. I can try!!!0 -
