Hey guys! So my IUI didn't work, which means that I am back on the workout wagon with you guys! I'm pretty disappointed, but it'll be nice to work out again. Also, I gained 4 POUNDS this week. Yuck. I'm going to start Week 11 again today.

Hi Ladies! I just finished Fire 45EZ/Stretch 10. I enjoy that one where I can brush off my shoulder, I always think I'm looking cute on that move! LOL! Anyway, I'm feeling good about my food choices (even if there is a portion of bologna) in my cooler. :blushing: I've got to increase my water intake this week because it feels like I'm running on fumes working out 6 days a week. I enjoy it, but the quads are defined and fatigued at the same time!

I'd like more definition in my mid section, so I think I'm going to add my old Power 90 Ab 100 as an additional routine 3 times a week (it's only 5 minutes and I don't even have to put on my sports bra for that one!).

Aw, Jeni! I'm sorry it didn't work out this go around. I hope you can ease into your schedule then.

For those currently on the bench, get rest and get better fast, and for those getting back in the game, keep pushing play!

Did HIIT 25 and Sculpt 30 today. Now I feel like a big ol' bowl of Jell-O. Man, that 2 week hiatus threw me back more than I thought it would!

Hey all I am still here. I was pretty sick this weekend. I lost 7 lbs blah but I would not recommend doing it the way I did. Lol I am feeling better but still not able to eat or drink much. I got down 4 glasses of water yesterday going to try for 6 today. Down from a gallon I usually drink. Yeah I was pretty dehydrated but I'm getting there. I hope everyone had a better weekend then we did. I am not sure when I will be back exercising but probably within a few days or by the end of the week.

I'm sorry Jeni that it didn't take. My sis has a friend who went through all that for years to end up with adopting 2 babies at the same time mind you and getting pregnant while she was waiting on her China baby. Another couple in my last church tried for years adopted 3 kids and all the sudden after I think 15 years she got pregnant. All that to say there is hope! :)

Hi ladies, So glad you all are pushing play. You make me so proud. My hubby has pneumonia, I knew he was sick but he acts like such a big baby. He kept wining around but he would go hunting, I finally told him that I didn't want to hear it. I said "Go to the doctor if your so sick". He did today and well he IS sick. LOL men. My baby is on the mend and I am feeling better. I hope it stays that way. I hope to be pushing play tomro and saving a rest day for when I need it.

Jeni- That sucks! I would be upset that it didn't take and then to gain weight, UG! it's probably water weight try not to sweat it to much (well sweat it out in your workout of course  ). You did the right thing by pushing play. It will take your mind of everything and you'll feel so much better. These things just take time and like Melzy said there is always hope. Thanks for the update.

Ck- I love fire 45 ez, it is so much fun, hutrs so bad, but fun all the same. I too feel like I look good while doing it..... well minus the sweat

Melzy- So glad you are feeling alittle better, rest is best. You'll be back before you know it. Have a good night ladies, see you tomro!

    Hey All,

I do feel better today. I am still a little dizzy if I move around too much but I am still here. I got my 8 glasses in yesterday. I am sure that helped. I am actually starting to get hungry again yay! I picked up one of our throw around Ikea chairs to (my 3 year old just picked up my clemintine and decided to use it as a ball... lol sigh) sit in and watch tv yesterday and it felt like it weighed a hundred lbs. I don't think I should do P90X yet lol.

Anyway just checking in because i miss y'all. =D

Oh I preordered Les Mills Combat to mix in something different in my cardio. Did anyone else order it? I am kind of miffed. I pre-ordered it back in Oct but they are just sending it to me today and it came out Dec 4. I mean umm why does it take them so long to ship stuff???? Rediculous if you ask me. Also they have no way of checking your order online that I can see in the email they sent me. You have to call them. Yeah I don't want to spend an hour on the phone to see if sent it. Dur you would think for a mail order company they would get out of the 90's. It is after all 2012. Amazon has their pre-orders in your hand within hours of the book coming out. Hey it's why they are so successful. Ok off my beachbody SUCKS rant. =)

Hi all! As you probably know I had something that didn't agree with me yesterday: I've learned NEVER to have a Shakeology shake and eggs and meat too close together. I had to leave work early and sweat it out like a cold! Although I'm feeling MUCH better, I'm feeling a bit weaker than usual, so it's just food, rest and water for the body today.

The sucky thing about not working out is that I don't get to eat as much. Yep! I am using at least 1200-1500 of those calories a day now and it's good because I don't care what they say, after I get finished working out, my appetite is on blast the whole day. Even with my stomach burning, I went through an entire box of those Crisp & Light wasa crackers, two cans of soup, a banana, 10 almonds and a half cup of pinapple! My body feels like an incinerator!

Well, I think the rest is needed so I won't pout too much for missing today and tomorrow. I think most of us will be pushing the pillow closer to our face instead of pushing play, but no worries, we'll be back in the high life again!

I did Fire 45 and Stretch 10 today. I was sore this morning, so I figure the Stretch wouldn't hurt ^_^ I've got to say, I think the finale in Fire 45 is my favorite. I always feel like a bad-*kitten* when I'm punching and kicking, haha!

Hope you feel better soon, CK and Melzy!!

Today is the official day off. However, I'm feeling a bit guilty of not doing anything now that I had a bit of a naughty night: flaming hots, two turkey dogs, half a sprite and almost a regular bag of m&m's.

What can I say? My hubby and I relaxed a bit last night. I think we had to get some things are out of our system concerning pre-deployment anxiety separately, and we both seem to be in a calmer spot now - acceptance. So we cut loose, watched Expendables 2 (one of his favorites) and relaxed. Come to think of it, I think it was worth the extra few hundred calories.

Thanks Jeni, I'm better now and will be back at it tomorrow.

    Keep pushing that button ladies!

Today was my day off. I had my Anatomy and Physiology final today, and then I had to "kid-proof" my house since I'm babysitting for a couple of Army friends. The husband deploys on Friday, so they need some alone time. This is going to be a loooong night. I'm already tired!!

Just checking in with you ladies....

I'm sorry Jeni that your IUI didn't take. I have been there. Feel free to message me if you need another pair of eyes or viewpoint.

I hope everyone else is back to good health or almost to good health. I know the busyness of the holiday season creeps up on us and does wonders on our systems.

I have been pressing play...i just haven't been tracking my food cuz I thought I could choose well on my own....but could not. So, I'm back at it again with cheats and all. No holding back this time.

I just finished HIIT 20/Stretch 10. Right when I was finally getting the hang of all the moves, I couldn't understand why we were stretching the hammies in the middle of the workout and then looked up through my blinding sweat and saw that the timer only had 45 seconds left and we were done. Imagine that. I actually wanted more and tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day too.

    Have a great day everyone!!

I love Les Mills Combat!!!! It is awesome!! Not as much bounching as TF and the kick section is WOW. I think he said we did over 200 kicks. I am in love. =D I did the Kick Start and burned 238 cals. Feel great and like I could join the boxing club that just opened up down the street. LOL Ok prob not but if burglar comes in my house watch out! =D

Mel's gone Combat Crazy! I love it! She'll punt an intruder like a football or worse - go MMA on that burglar butt!

Keep stretching Stel! I almost caught a hamstring cramp at a very inconvenient and intimate time, hint hint. :embarassed: Although I'm looking hotter, I was NOT feeling sexy that moment.

I'm feeling much better thank Tuesday and although I gained 1.4 lbs in today's weigh-in, it's just TOM trying to sneak up on me with retention. I just finished Tuesday's workout this morning: HIIT 25/Stretch 10, tonight I'm doing HIIT 15/Tone 30 - I want to make up for Tuesday's needed rest day. It's lofty, but my goal next week or at least by the 27th is a 4-5 pound loss from my weight this week. I WILL see 163 on that scale!!! I'm fired up baby!

Hey ladies, I pushed play to day!! woot woot for me. I did fire 60 and enjoyed every last minute. One downer for the night was baby # 2 complained about being tired and her head hurting  I won't be getting to far if she gets more then just feeling extra tired from christmas business. This is how baby 3 started only he couldn't tell me. oh well praying I am wrong and she's better in the morning.

Jeni- Ha I don't think that you can ever really baby/kid proof a house. I am always tired but at least you can send them back. :)

Stel- Glad you figured out that glich before you made to many cheats :) I have been there done that. I have to log everything or I am like well it dosn't count. :)

Melzy- I was wondering about LM I was going to order it but my hubby says I have to many programs that I want to do. True dat. :) I will be waiting to hear every detail of your workouts and the results you get. How long is the longest one?

Ck- glad your still postive about your gain, no biggie. Don't puch yourself to hard or you will want another 2 days where you rest. That's a really big goal since tom is coming and all. :) Good luck!

Lucy- Hey girl we missed you, glad you are feeling better and bringing it. Can't wait to here how you like the longer workouts  but in realilty I think you won't mind them. Well besides fire 55. that one just sucks. Glad you are back

You wanna dance? I wanna dance............ Push it. =)

CK-- lol yep im going all combat! =)

Vini-- the shortest is 30 (there are 3 of these) one that is 45 and 2 that are 60 min. not too bad. Funny thing is they are very deceiving. You don't think you are doing all that much and think how can I be tired just punching and kicking but boy these workouts kick your butt. My heart rate gets up there and I burn about 300 cals.

Did the Power Kata today which is a 45 min workout. FUN! I am planning on starting up P90X next monday. I didn't want to start it in the middle of the week because then it will get all confusing. Monday starts up week 5 of my P90X/TF/LMC Hybrid. I am going to add in LMC on the cardio days along with TF. Prob do 2 days TF and one day LMC and alternate that with 2 days LMC and 1 TF. M,W,F are weight days. Yeah it sounds complicated when I type it all out but it's not really lol. I can not believe I am starting my 2nd month of P90X though. I love it. =)

Hello everyone. Late logging in. Rest day today but since I didn't plan my meals for today....I have faltered once again. I shopped at Target on an empty stomach this morning. I ate half a container (the 16 oz) of the market pantry mustard potato salad and a slice of Target's lemoncello cake and I swallowed it down with a small decaf nonfat campfire mocha at Caribou. Yeah, I'm paying for it right now and I'm going to plan my meals better especially now with the busyness of the season upon us. Getting on the elliptical tonight for a very low impact workout.

    Have a great weekend everyone!

Also, tomorrow I'm supposed to do HIIT 25 / Sculpt 30. Does it matter which one I do first?

Hey Ladies! Like Stel, I'm checking in a little late. I did 45EZ, skipped the stretch for lack of time and am paying for it now. My bottom feels like it could use a cheek replacement - both cheeks! What was I thinking?! :grumble: With things still going nutty in my own household before my hubby's departure (I haven't even gotten to the pre-deployment checklist yet :ohwell: ), Turbo Fire is my little slice of routine and sanity. And to think...in two more days, I'll be starting Week 4! :noway:

Hubby wants to go out tonight, I just want to stay in and relax. Before he takes me out, I might have to treat myself to a bit of Stretch 40 for a relaxing but energizing and much needed stretch and piece of sanity again.

Did HIIT 15! Not the scheduled workout, but better than nothing!

    Have a great weekend!

Did HIIT 15 and Sculpt 30. My shoulders are on fire!! As Tony Horton says....I didn't let my ego get in the way and switched from red bands to green bands. I still got a workout using lighter bands.

Connie, I embraced the HIIT. I love HIIT 15....I hope to sometime love HIIT 20...just not liking those burpees.

I logged in my food diary last night....cheats and all. Ugh.

I have a big Christmas party to attend tonight. I'll eat a healthy meal before I leave so I won't get tempted.

Hope you're all pressing play today, ladies!
