holiday weight gain

Hey guys!
What are you doing to prevent the holiday "chubbies"?

I'm staying committed to at least 3 workouts a week at the Y, one swim workout or yoga session on Saturday, and either a walk or run on Sundays.

As far as food... shooting for everything in moderation. Easier said than done :-)

    i am also gonna do the moderate thing and deff trying to cut back on sweets that is my weakness!!!!
  • I'm hoping to get in three workouts a week and watch the food intake.... :smile:
