    I began to use MFP to see what i was actually eating. changed to reflect a healthy plan, and weight began to drop!

    I'm a huge soda addict (not the diet kind) and it was hard to lessen my caffeine intake...but I worked my way down from bottles of soda a day to a tiny 9oz can. It really makes a difference!

  • I am a firm believer that portion control is a huge key. Some of our food choices we need to totally change but sometimes it's just taking less and eating slower.
