    Another week down, and no noticeable change. I'm definitely stronger, but then I would expect that to at least change my BF%. GRRRRR!!! Perhaps the 30DS isn't enough for me and I should do another one on top of it. Only problem is that I'm finding I actually stick to this program because it's only 20 min, and would worry about finding time for another program (at least right now during the holidays).

    I do other cardio every day as well but I am pleased so far!
    Waist measurement is what I always considered the natural waist, at the belly button, not necessarily the smallest point of the waist which is a little higher.

    Just got back from my vacation - didn´t have internet, tape or scale there - so I have to skip this week :( Will check in next week again (this upcoming Friday).
