I hope everyone has had a fantastic week! I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone's results! You all are doing FANTASTIC! Keep up the great work! We are half way there!!
Remember - even if you don't see the scale moving - there are still things happening! Your body is getting stronger, more toned, and smaller every day! So keep up the great work and do not get discouraged or give up! We're all in this together!

Another week down, and no noticeable change. I'm definitely stronger, but then I would expect that to at least change my BF%. GRRRRR!!! Perhaps the 30DS isn't enough for me and I should do another one on top of it. Only problem is that I'm finding I actually stick to this program because it's only 20 min, and would worry about finding time for another program (at least right now during the holidays).0 -

Waist measurement is what I always considered the natural waist, at the belly button, not necessarily the smallest point of the waist which is a little higher.0 -
