I am going out to dinner with work tomorrow night and I am not sure if I should weigh myself on Saturday as that is my weigh in day?0

Today marks the lowest weight I have been at as an Adult. I broke the #200 mark in the 9th grade 1985/1986, which thinking back I remember seeing 200 the first time over Christmas break from school. At that time playing sports I was excited to see that crossover. I will cross back, all these years later during "Christmas break", and be excited to do so.
Being into my fitness quest just over a year and having lost a lot of weight it might appear that 10 pounds in 1 month is pushing it. To clarify I hit #204.5 July 1st and held it making #204 August 1st. At that time I was run down from the mental and physical strain/changes I had been through. I upped my calories, took a more rest days/breaks from the gym, and let my weight climb up some. Gained 8 in August and 2.5 more in September. At that point I felt much better and by just getting back after my gym work I started losing again without restricting calories. December 1st found me down to #210 even after a big week of eating over Thanksgiving. I had myself very much set up for December and cutting back calories to get that 10 pounds.
