Hey ladies! I purchased the Jillian Michael's Kick boxing quick fix the other day. It consists of (3) 20 minute workouts. 1 for upper body, 1 for lower body, and 1 for abs. I did upper body yesterday and lower body today. I highly reccomend it. Who knew that 20 minutes could make me sweat and feel like I did an actual workout and I didn't even get all the moves down perfectly. Of course I skipped the tutorial part so that may have something to do with it :laugh: . Well, if you are looking for something to do indoors for the winter go out and get it. Only $10. According to mfp I burn 336 calories just in that 20 minutes(my best guesstimate). I hope that Robert gets me the other Jillian Michael's dvds I asked for, for Christmas. Just thought I'd share. Thanks, I have her 30 day shred which is also really good. It gradually introduces exercises that challenge a little more with each segment. I like it too because you can switch out workouts to avoid getting bored and the last segment has a variety of plank exercises for those who can't get enough of those. LOL0

Cool, I think i want to get the 30 day shred. Who can't get enough planking? Oh and FYI, did the abs segment today. It is killer. Remember to breathe or you will start to see stars like I did0
