Tempo workouts

Have any of you tried the Tempo workouts yet? I see them as an option on certain days. I haven't tried them yet. Are they just easier versions of the same muscle groups?

I haven't done a full tempo workout but I have incorporated tempo training into my workouts for some time. It is definitely NOT easier to me. Many people don't incorporate the benefits that tempo training can provide in improving muscle strength and size. Now that you've mentioned it, I will plan to do a full tempo workout over the holiday just to mix it up a bit :-)0

I liked the Tempo workouts. Try them, you'll really feel it. The extra time on the negative set really left me with the shakes afterwards.
I wouldn't call them easier, you'll just be more focused on the negative portion of your lift. It takes a lot more focus on the DVD.0 -
I tried them last time I did the program and hasn't really into it. I stuck with the basic program.0
