Quick question about diet/losing weight
I'm doing the lean program and it has me at 2800 calories. Problem is I really need/want to lose my belly fat. After 3 days I'm up 2 lbs. Should I add some cardio to this program? Second Round Modifications
I was really pleased with my first round, here is what I look to modify in the the following rounds. 60 Day Progress
Well I finished 60 days of Body Beast. Thought I would post an update. I have seen improvements in all my measurements and visually I am starting to see a difference as well. Tempo workouts
Have any of you tried the Tempo workouts yet? I see them as an option on certain days. I haven't tried them yet. Are they just easier versions of the same muscle groups?
