I'll join the challenge. I am doing her 1 mile Get Up and Get Started with 3 pound handheld weights (not her balls--don't have them) as done on the DVD 4 times/wk X 4 wks = 16 miles and the 2 mile High Calorie Burn without weights 6 times/wk x 4 wks = 48 miles for a total of 64 miles (ok--I'll add an extra mile for 65). Dec 4--on schedule 11 miles done.
On schedule for the month. Strange--but I find the 1 mile walk using 3 pound weights much more difficult than the 2 mile walk without weights.0 -
Was focusing on other workouts this week so my miles are low. 21 done this week putting me at 37/80 miles complete.0

Hi everyone....
I am new to the group...but I use Leslie's Dvds since september. I got quite a collection there :bigsmile:
But this pass 3 weeks I work with mainly two of them : 3 Miles Weight Loss Walk and the 4 Miles Super Challenge.
I try to walk around 6 miles a day (on week days) and 4 miles a day( on week ends)
My Goal for December : 114 Miles
So far I did : 93 miles
Remain : 21 to do before I go on Holidays ...0
