I am wanting to try this and have looked online at several ways to make it and several recipes. What are your tips and suggestions and how do you make them? Could you make them without the sweet ingredients to make more of a whole wheat burger bun? I want to go to the grocery store and look for it today because several online places have said Wal Mart usually doesn't carry the flax seed meal. Thanks friends!
