    New to the site & looking for others to help encourage & are willing to encourage me.

    To be honest although I'm a facebook junkie I am afraid to post that I've decided to try & make some changes to my daily life in hopes to shed some weight. I guess just making the decision to make the changes took me long enough & I don't wanna be judged (if that makes sense)
