Man oh man I was not even going to even post my non results. I have been battling a cold, off appetite and low energy. Yet even with valid reasons they seem to stack up as excuses. I am battling back though. This cold is just about outta here and I have to take this darn thing by reins already and get it done on a consistent basis. The best thing I did so far is finally got myself a scale to be accountable. Every week from now on I have to get on every Monday and see results! LOL Here's to hanging there. :-)0 -

I started off the week being ill and then ended it going to Christmas parties and a family birthday party. So I'm pleased with staying the same this week. For the next week I am aiming to work out more often to make up for the fact I couldn't exercise while ill, but I'm being realistic - its the week before Christmas and I'm unlikely to stay on the straight and narrow for the whole time!0 -
Hi all, I concentrated on my eating last week, so my goal this week is the exercise and water. I have issues with consistency of exercise. My exercise at this point is walking. Any suggestions?
