Let's make this one more difficult- so we can take it easy next week....

1. 250 minutes of cardio
2. 125 Pushups
3. 250 Sit ups
4. 200 Lunges (with or without weights)
5. 60 minutes of weight training

    Getting a late start this week. So far I just have 42 minutes of cardio. I did the elliptical tonight.
    I guess I will be in the gym 2 hrs a night to get the rest week to get caught back up.

    Stressful and long days of work this week. I thought I would be closer by now, but just too pooped this morning to do my challenge like I needed and wanted to. Hopefully I will be energized and ready to go tomorrow morning!!!

    Got up at 5:30 this morning to work out - not sure what the rest of the day will bring;

    1. 260/250 minutes of cardio
    2. 110/125 Pushups
    3. 210/250 Sit ups (modified - can't do full)
    4. 100/200 Lunges (hurt calf, so can't do anymore)
    5. 90/60 minutes of weight training
