Challenges for week starting Saturday, 12/15

Sorry I have been MIA on the boards, but I have been sticking to plan. Just wrapped up my last finals EvER! Graduation in just a few days! Didn't have time to do the voting this week bc of finals, so here are the challenges for next week:
Daily: 2 minutes of tricep dips.... Pop it into google for a video tutorial. They are harder than they look. I can only go about a minute straight, so don't be afraid to take a little break and then finish them. It's a great tricep worker!
Daily: Bring your lunch to work or school challenge... It makes a big difference!

I think I'm going to miss the jumping jacks! Those dips look hard! Way to up the challenge this week. I'm ready to give it a try though!0 -
Thanks for the link. I started doing dips a year ago with my trainer and have finally worked my way up to a minute. They are hard! Good for core tho! Definitely hard!0

holy guacamole batman, those tricep dips are no joke!!! I had to take a break at 30 sec but finished the minute each time. Ate lunch at home.

Wow, just joined the group and this looks rather hard. I'm exercise-challenged and can barely do sit-ups, let alone anything else that isn't dancing. I'll try my best on this though.0

Day 2: Total and abject failure!!!! I went out at lunch time. Forgot my lunch and had a SlimJim. Oh so healthy. Forgot my tricep dips this morning and in all honesty probably won't get to them tonight either.0

OMG when was the last time you body pressed 248 lbs. I am up for the challenge though I will do SOME twice a day...don't forget I'm old and feable lol! I didn't bring my lunch today since I just logged on today but I will get a nice salad (veggies, chicken breast, celery, apples, raisins and ff raspberry vinaigrette dressing)0

Question: is it okay that I do this from sitting in a chair and raising myself up (not using my legs to push up - honestly)?0

got it all in yesterday, plus others...very sore so I'll skip today and go for tomorrow.0

I brought my lunch yesterday (forgot to tell ya) and today I have a ham on wheat with mustard and a cup of carrots...I also brought my raisin bran and ff milk for breakfast. I did half of the exercises this morning and at lunch time I'll do 30 seconds and before I go home another 30 seconds.
