    i already weighed yesterday and lost almost 2 pounds
    making a total of 17 pounds since i started in august.
    will weighin the wednesday after christmas :)

    162.8 lbs this morning. I don't do measurements since I really haven't been working out due to the c-section. I have just been relying on diet changes. I'm going to start with the challenges though :)

    I don't do measurements, and I weighed in on Monday at 195.5 with a loss of 8.5lbs reweighed this morning & I'm at 195.1 loss of .4 =)

    I weigh myself everyday just to keep myself accountable and to see how food is affecting me. I'm at a stand still right now. I haven't loss any weight in the past two weeks. Still pushing forward. I go to the gym everyday.

    12/19/12 weigh in: 193.4 lbs.
    Net loss this week: 1.2 lbs. :drinker:

    I was so terrified I wasn't going to lose now that I'm back to training. But I took some advice to drink a lot of water because my body was holding on to water and it worked for me!! YAY loss!

    Also asking Santa for a measuring tape (or money to get one). Measurements maybe in January! :happy:
