I know that some of you are into your Wednesday already...so feel free to start our first official weigh-in! Here's what you should post:

  • 162.8 lbs this morning. I don't do measurements since I really haven't been working out due to the c-section. I have just been relying on diet changes. I'm going to start with the challenges though :)

    I don't do measurements, and I weighed in on Monday at 195.5 with a loss of 8.5lbs reweighed this morning & I'm at 195.1 loss of .4 =)

  • I weigh myself everyday just to keep myself accountable and to see how food is affecting me. I'm at a stand still right now. I haven't loss any weight in the past two weeks. Still pushing forward. I go to the gym everyday.

    I was so terrified I wasn't going to lose now that I'm back to training. But I took some advice to drink a lot of water because my body was holding on to water and it worked for me!! YAY loss!

    Also asking Santa for a measuring tape (or money to get one). Measurements maybe in January! :happy:

    This morning I weighed in at 167.4. This is a pound higher than my ticker b/c I've been pretty lax the past few weeks. That's when I found all of you for my motivation!!! :-) I searched high and low for our measuring tape this morning with no luck! BOO!! I'll either find it or go get some before the day ends! My measurements will be posted later! :-)

    Measurments- Unknown at this current time.

    It seems I have gained 2 pounds since my last weigh in two weeks ago, but I am hoping this is just water weight of some kind because I have been very good at what I eat and exercising. As for my measurments, I need to get some dress-maker measuring tape before I can find that out!
