    My SW for the sake of the group is 150.4 (but it is the TOM)
    My official start weight was 200

    At the end of 8 weeks, it would be great to be down to 140. But for sure no more than 143. Seven pounds in 8 weeks should be reasonable, right?!

    Overall goal weight: 120.

    This is my first group so I hope I'll know where to come back to every Thursday!

    I hate Valentine's Day with a passion, but if I hit goal weight on Feb 14, maybe I will be able to tolerate it from now on!

  • Hey Ladies (I don't think I passed any men, but if I did- SORRY)....

    My current group ends next week so this is awesome.
    I'm a bride to be - March 9... Have dropped about 15+ inches and 12 lbs since Oct. 1.
    Feeling great!

    That being said, I'm off to Mexico for TWO weeks leaving on Sunday. I will weigh first thing when I return and hope to have maintained/lost if possible. I'm very focused on maintaining my fitness level and will do my protein shakes per the usual... Hoping to just not overindulge.

    Hey all!

    Great to see everyone so positive at this time of holiday indulges :) The holidays have brought a bit of a stall to my weight loss, but there will just be a week and then a fresh start. I am going to be in a couple of different challenges in the new year, but it is always nice being part of different groups and finding new friends!

    SW - 171lbs
    GW for challenge - 150-155 range

    I don't want to set too low of a goal weight, but I figure I can lose 15-20lbs in eight weeks. I will be thrilled to be in the 150's again!

    164 is a goal weight I set myself a long time ago, to get there for valentines days would be great.
    One thing though. I am trying a new eating plan and exercise in January. I will weigh in on 1st of Jan and not again until 31st Jan.

    My goal for this challenge is to be under 200 for the first time in years. My ultimate goal is 140 by my husband's 40th birthday next December- hoping to look better at 40 than I did in my 30's!
