I'm starting today. I'm really not looking forward to it, the workout itself and the soreness afterwards. BUT I'm so inspired by all of the before and afters, I will suck it up and get it done. Anyone else doing it? ** Edit - I'm overthinking this waaay too much.. I'm possibly talking myself out of this..
