1 month success results

Hello all,

Thought I would share my results from going Paleo... I told myself I would try it for a month, but I am hooked for life! I lost 8 lbs (without working out due to an injury), and 2% body fat. I also lost an inch from my waist, hips, and chest :) Other than weight results I have noticed clearer skin, no TOM cramps, bloating or cravings, my sleep has improved, I no longer think about food all day or when I get to eat next, I am not as tempted when I see bread or desserts, and I just overall feel GREAT!

I am honestly not too worried about the holidays, I will fill up on turkey and veggies, and am bringing a meat tray. The true test will be when I do my baking on sunday , I am going to not try or test anything lol !!

I can 100% say that discovering paleo has changed my life for the better. Years of yoyo and putting in hours at the gym took me 4x the amount of time to lose the weight and I always felt like it was so much work.

I am so excited to see what next month brings when I am working out again and eating this way ... if you are struggling, keep at it, it will be so easy soon !

  • Thats amazing!! I'm starting my first official 30 days of Paleo in January. I've had a couple of trial weeks this december and I have already lost 3 lbs and have become much stronger. I'm really excited about clearing up my skin and not craving SWEETS! My weakness! I'm going to work hard to stick to Paleo on Charistmas Day! Best of luck to you girl!

Awesome! Glad the lifestyle is doing you so good. While weight loss happens, it is by far not the best side effect of being paleo. Sounds like you are doing awesome!
